My keynote presentation, “Epic Lessons Learned in the Field,” is not your typical presentation.

During the last 11 years, I’ve coached so many leaders, men and women from all walks of life, and I’ve taken many of them on wilderness adventures. I’ve learned so much from all of the wonderful people who have hired and entrusted me with their hopes, their fears, and their dreams, and from my own life and experiences, and “Epic Lessons Learned in the Field” is my effort to share some of the most valuable things I’ve learned.

While presenting stunning wilderness images, I share stories about leaders I’ve taken into the wilderness and the lessons learned along the way. These “lessons” are metaphors for the skills we need in order to live an inspired life and to be an impactful leader.

The presentation will light a fire in you. It will inspire you to take stock of your life and to be more courageous. It will motivate you to ‘crank it up’ and to create more unforgettable moments in your life. It will inspire you to create more meaning in your life and to experience more joy in the ordinary moments. It will bring clarity about who and what is most important in your life.

My most popular version of “Epic Lessons Learned in the Field” is a 1-hour presentation, but I’ve also been hired to deliver a shorter version, as well as a longer, more interactive version. I can deliver the presentation in-person, or virtually from my historic Wyoming Sheepherder’s wagon office.

To date, I’ve learned and accumulated 32 lessons, which will be featured in the book I’m currently writing. My 1-hour keynote includes 5-6 lessons.
