Coaching
Could you use a “Wayfinder” in your life or leadership?
I have never cared for the term, life coach, because it suggests that someone is an expert at life. And while I’m a credentialed and certified coach, and have extensive coaching experience, I feel strongly that we’re always becoming.
I prefer Wayfinder. Our life is like a wilderness. It’s vast and wild and largely unexplored, which makes its prospects daunting but also exciting. It is full of uncertainty and hardship, and also, opportunities for discovery and inspiration. Imagine all there is to see and discover and experience, if only you’re willing, and daring enough to explore it.
Regardless of where you’re at in your life, I can help you find the way.
During the last 11 years, I’ve coached and worked with hundreds of individual leaders, men and women, from all walks of life. I’ve led many of them on guided Epic Adventures. I’ve provided group coaching, virtually and in-person, to organizations and their various teams.
From time to time, someone will thank me for changing their life. I always appreciate this because in some ways it’s the ultimate compliment. But the truth is, I don’t change people’s lives. You change your own life. But I will inspire and help you to change your life, and when you do, it will be empowering to know it was you who changed it.
Email me to learn more about 1:1 personal coaching, my virtual and Epic Adventure group programs, or anything you’d like to discuss. If you’re interested, we can schedule a 1-hour, no obligation, exploratory call.
